We're committed to the quality and fit of every garment we make. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward, complimentary return process.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Complimentary Return Shipping
Free on all returns and exchanges. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label — no cost to you, no restocking fees.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at returns@ausar.la to begin your return. We'll respond with your prepaid label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your Artifact upon arrival. If it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at returns@ausar.la immediately so we can prioritize a replacement.

Exchanges
To get your correct size as fast as possible, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order simultaneously rather than waiting on a processed exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
