Processing & Fulfillment
Every order is prepared with care, not rushed. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information the moment your piece is on its way.

Complimentary Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping is included in the price of every piece, not added at checkout. We believe the experience of receiving our work should reflect the same care that went into making it. Orders ship via USPS and UPS, including to P.O. Box addresses. For those who prefer to receive their order sooner, expedited shipping is available as an option at checkout.

Liability
AUSAR is not responsible for shipping delays, or for packages lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. For transit issues, please contact the carrier directly, or reach out to support@ausar.la for documentation assistance.
